Spirit Ford were excellent in every way. The staff were friendly and very professional and the communication was great from booking the service on my Focus through to receiving the car back fully serviced and spotless. I would highly recommend and continue to use them in future.

The service here is incredible - I brought my car to Spirit Ford after having it fully serviced by a different garage and checked again when my engine began to misfire and I will certainly be going here first for all my future car troubles! Everything was explained clearly to me at every stage of the process and I was given regular updates on the diagnosis, status of new parts, breakdown of costs and length of time to fix the problem. Excellent service. Great communication re appointment time. First service on car so sailed through with no problems. Car came back immaculate. Great job from Jason and team in service and Emma on reception. Highly recommend.
