Great service. We were having trouble with the car window, as it was intermittently going up and down. On the off chance, I rang David to ask for some advice. He told us to bring the car over straight away and said one of the technicians would take a look at it. Ray took the car in and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty window switch. He mentioned it was a common problem and that he had actually ordered one the previous day for another customer. We asked if the window could be disconnected in the meantime, as we needed to travel to Dublin. On hearing this, Ray insisted that we take the switch that had already been ordered, saying we shouldn’t be going on a long journey without a working window. We really appreciated this gesture. Just bought a lovely second hand car for first time at Peter Hanley's. Was a bit of a distance from where I live but definitely worth the journey! I've driven away with a beautiful toyota yaris that I feel very safe and secure in. The service was exceptional at Peter Hanley's, and the car was given to me in the best condition possible (was serviced, put through NCT, came from a reliable source etc.). There was nothing more they could have done to make sure I drove away with the best car possible (for my budget) and both excellent professional and personal service at the same time! Would highly recommend.
