It is 3 weeks since I purchased my beautiful Range Rover evoque. Thanks so much to John . He was so pleasant to deal with . He is upfront and honest and a no nonsense guy with a lovely quirky sense of humour. He made it so east to change ownership, insurance, paperwork etc . I purchased a volvo from John and few weeks ago. Through no fault of his, or mine, the car developed a fault. John couldn't do enough to keep me mobile by providing me with a replacement car, and then when fault proved insurmountable, he gave me two options, a car to the same value, or my money back. Unfortunately he didn't have a suitable car in stock although I would have been happy to buy from him again. He gave me my money back, no quibbles, no argument and no bad feelings. I will certainly use John again and will recommend him to family and friends without hesitation

It's a bit rare to get top class service in the used car trade and I feel it should be publicized. I bought a car from John, He didn't 'sell' or 'push' it, just showed me what it was. Unfortunately, some issues occurred shortly afterwards however, he stepped up promptly and went beyond what one might expect to help me and resolve the matter. He was very helpful, accommodating and pleasant throughout until it was concluded. I would not hesitate to recommend JB Motors for peace of mind and integrity on top of good stock. If and when the time comes for another car, my first port of call will be here.
