Peugeot 308 Gti THP200

2011 T7 Peugeot 308 GTi THP200. 200hp 1.6 turbo. Unusual car. Wasn't sold in Republic of Ireland; similar models badged as "GT" in Britain. This Northern Ireland spec car is badged "Gti", and is in fact the 200hp engine model. Same drivetrain as the RCZ coupe Imported from Northern Ireland in December 2014, registered in Cork. Timing chain replaced with upgraded OEM parts in 2019, confirmed by Peugeot main dealer in Cork, so no worries there. I bought it from second Irish owner in January 2024. In my ownership it has had: New VANOS solenoids Bilstein B4s Eibach Springs New discs and pads all around New Goodyear tyres New lower coolant hose I have just fitted a newly rebuilt high pressure fuel pump at a cost of about €700 Bodywork is ok; dent in passenger door where I caught one of those cycle path rubber bollards on the mirror and it whacked the door. Will pull out. A few other age related marks It's a comfortable, practical car with a nice leather interior, cruise control, and plenty of room in the back. Decent go from the engine, turbo makes fun noises. I bought it to have something with rear doors to replace my R53 Mini, but I miss the Mini driving experience and I want to go back to one.
