Recently I found myself in the market for a new car and I discovered it at Spirit Premium! Staff: I had the best experience dealing with the people at Spirit Premium. They really do deliver great customer satisfaction be it over the phone or visiting their showroom. Its a credit to their staff. Brendan Flatley: I called the office on a Tuesday about a Mazda MX-5 that I seen for sale on DoneDeal and I was put in contact with a man by the name of Brendan Flatley. From begining to end Brendan went above and beyond! He was able to accomodate me that Friday as both my partner and I travelled up from Cork to see the car in person and he made sure that the car was brought down from the upstairs level to the showroom ground floor so that we could take the car for a test drive. Once we took it for a test drive we knew that it was the car for us however, we had to make sure we asked some choice questions before going any further. Brendan was well able to answer all of our questions regarding the car's history and its servicing, as well as any requets that we had if we were to purchase the car. During the whole process for meeting Brendan and viewing the car he made sure that we were fully informed without any sales pressure when making our decision. We honestly felt so at ease with Brendan and that the decision was truely our's, that we placed a deposit on the car that day! Post Deposit Experience: Brendan was really easy to contact during the week about any queries that we thought of after visiting on the Friday and he also reached out from their end to keep me updated regarding any of our requests that we had upon paying the deposit. Purchasing: Brendan made to purchasing experience a pleasure too and I was able to do all of the paper work from Cork and we returned the following Friday to collect the car and drove it back to Cork. Top down all the way😎☀️! Showroom: Based at the same building as the main dealership for Spirit Seat and Spirit Cupra is also located, Spirit Premium's showroom is located to the side of the main building and to the rear of the main showroom. Spirit Premium have a wide range of different car makes located both on the ground floor and on the first floor of the building. It was honestly chock full of cars so there is definitely something for everyone! However, I was here to see the smashing example of an MX-5 that they had for sale! They also have bathrooms for customer use and they also offered us water or tea or coffee as we talked with the sales people. Location: Spirit Premium is located just off of the M50 in Sandford and it is really easy to find and get to. Its is based in the same building that Spirit Seat and Spirit Cupra are also located. Overall Experience: This was definitely a smooth and straight forward experience purchasing a car at Spirit Premium. I couldn't have been any happier having dealt with Brendan, he made the whole process a pleasure from start to finish and was a true gentleman! Also, it was a really nice touch to recieve a bottle of prosecco and a box of chocolates on the day that we collected the car, we weren't expecting it and the gesture was so nice! I highly recommend Spirit Premium for all your car needs and keep an eye on what they have in stock. I know the team will help you find the perfect car for you!
