I was assisted by Daniel, one of the sales executives, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about him. Daniel was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the brand. Just collected my new car as part of a trade in and very pleased with the whole experience. Aideen was our contact and made it a great experience . Went into Porsche last Monday to have a look, impeccable service from the get go, Yesterday picked up our 2022 Cayenne, when we arrived to pick it up it was in a special private room covered with a tarp, Mark Kelly who we dealt with was so knowledgeable and damn good at what he does, we had coffee for us while we waited, the process was professional and smooth, the entire process from start to finish just wowed me, one nice touch was the complimentary Porsche umbrella, the key tags and the coffee mug, which only had the Porsche Logo and not the dealers name which is an even better touch, I will only deal with Porsche direct in future, also we got a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty and the option to extend if required when the time comes, just want to say thanks to Mark again for the best service ever
