Very happy with the results on my car brought it in coz of a nct fail on one point but the results were amazing mechanics were brilliant in what they did ,there was a clog in some pipe ( I am bad at car details so cant give extra details sorry i barely kept up but got the key points ) and they really put in the effort to clean it out instead of simply replacing it which could have set me back a couple grand but definitely would have been easier and quicker for them , now not only will my car pass the nct its running smoothly and finally after a year of trying to figure out why my car was suddenly using so much diesel and all the garages i went to saying there was nothing wrong ( full tank every 3 days) its back to its fule efficient self been 2 days and the fule dile has barely moved also fixed a few other thing and the change is so noticeable driving has become so much better its like a new car .the staff r so incredibly nice and easy to talk too and know what they r saying not just bluffing as it was obvious i didnt know he explained it so I could understand showed pictures old vs new updated me daily and prices r very good and very much worth it , they fitted me in quickly really this is my new garage from now on won't go anywhere else so happy I went here only reason I haven't been b4 is I just moved to the area 100 out of 10 🙂🙂🙂⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brought the car in for an issue with climate controls and staff were great to deal with. Full ownership of investigating the issue, ordering parts, keeping me in the loop and following up all without me having to do anything. Brought the car in on the day, while the service department was under staffed due to illness, and was back on the road (with the car cleaned inside & out!) within a couple of hours. Absolutely highly recommend O’Briens Renault in Kilkenny

I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained and the service was carried out efficiently. It’s nice to deal with a team that is professional but also approachable and genuinely cares about the customer. I would happily recommend.
