Nice staff and highly recommended garage to buy a vehicle new or used. If you booked your car in for a service prepare to wait. Met with Simon to test drive the new Arkana Hybrid. A lovely man,and not pushy, Simon was knowledgeable and informative, he knows the specifications ,and pros and cons. Agreed to buy. Received a call with a price. Trade in plus cash to buy outright. I closed the deal . I can see now why my sister in law Fidelma has bought her cars from here over the last 30yrs. Highly recommended. My Arkana us a fantastic buy and great on economy . Smooth running and modern. Delighted with this purchase of my 22 registration. Now into April 2024 and my second service. First service car was in garage as per schedule for 9am, not ready until 5pm. Second service car was in garage as per schedule for 9am,not ready until 3.30pm. 6 1/2 hours for a service ? I'm not happy with having to wait the majority of the day for my car . I was informed it'd be ready at lunchtime. Maybe others get preferential treatment, I expected the car ready earlier. Once is fine but twice is unacceptable. On a positive a very good service.
