Renault Captur 1.5 DCI one Year Warranty / Low M

This service is excellent. My car was taken in first thing in the morning and the service was completed and returned to me within a couple of hours. The person on reception was very helpful in having the service completed as quickly as possible. The only comment I would make about the waiting area is that it’s not roomy enough and is close to the main door and can be a little cold.

I agreed a price over the phone and email, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the work was completed on my car within the time given. So overall, I'm happy with the service I received and the work carried out.

Booked my car in for its annual service and was very happy with everything. They collected and delivered my car back which was very convenient as it’s hard to drop off/collect myself due to work. They rang before the service to ask if I had any car issues and then rang after with an ETA when they could leave it back. They also gave it a much needed wash which was very much appreciated!
