Booked my car in for its annual service and was very happy with everything. They collected and delivered my car back which was very convenient as it’s hard to drop off/collect myself due to work. They rang before the service to ask if I had any car issues and then rang after with an ETA when they could leave it back. They also gave it a much needed wash which was very much appreciated!

Just had my first dealings with Spirit Lillis O’Donnell and it was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous Ford garage I’ve dealt with. Very easy to deal with and a quick turnaround. Special shout out to the lovely lady at the desk (didn’t catch her name). Will be servicing and purchasing future vans here for sure and hopefully a raptor if I can talk my wife into it!! 🤣

Overall my purchase was a great experience, very professional salesperson who followed up on my enquiry promptly with great information and advice. A workshop backlog led to a minor delay having my purchase prepared, but these things can happen to any busy business.

Rebecca in the service team was very pleasant to deal with, informed us of the costs and what was included, and if anything else was required we'd be informed. Very polite, efficient and helpful. The service itself, no issues and received a short video from the mechanic. No additional work was required, and cost was as quoted. Received a follow up call from the costumer service.

Excellent courtesy & attentiveness from lady at 'exchange of car keys' desk. Garage car was ready, supplied with ample petrol and a pleasure to drive. Service was accountable regarding any extra expenses that would or could be incurred due to issues arising re car being serviced. Car was valeted which was very much appreciated.
