Brought the car in for an issue with climate controls and staff were great to deal with. Full ownership of investigating the issue, ordering parts, keeping me in the loop and following up all without me having to do anything. Brought the car in on the day, while the service department was under staffed due to illness, and was back on the road (with the car cleaned inside & out!) within a couple of hours. Super service from O'Brien's, Kilkenny Renault. My car was out of action, requiring a replacement part which needed to be ordered. All along the way I was kept up to date by Arthur, on the car's status, without me having to make any calls. Arthur was extremely helpful and professional all along the way, taking as much time as needed to answer all my questions.

I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained and the service was carried out efficiently. It’s nice to deal with a team that is professional but also approachable and genuinely cares about the customer. I would happily recommend.
