Jake went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I felt confident with my choice. Shane was extremely helpful with the paperwork and made the process quick and easy. Both Jake and Shane are genuine, honest, and very easy to deal with – you really feel looked after, not just like another customer. Spring 2025 I purchased a quality used 7 seater from the Reilly Motor Group. Based on a a quick inquiry with Shane over the phone, I travelled a significant distance to view the car. On agreeing to buy it subject to a few minor aesthetics being replaced, they had this completed promptly along with paperwork. A couple of minor items cropped up since within the warranty period, e.g. touch screen MFD faulty - replaced / upgraded to Android Auto :-). 7 months down the line I'm very happy with the car and overall experience.
