They were more than happy to let us test drive the cars, and Ken went the extra mile by installing a reverse camera with a brand-new screen inside the car, which I really appreciated. The car itself was in fantastic condition—spotlessly clean and clearly well looked after. It also came with a three-month warranty. Although we discussed an extended option, we were happy with the three months. On top of that, they kindly included three months road tax, which was a lovely bonus. What really stood out was how respectful and professional the team was. Every interaction felt genuine, supportive, and transparent, which made the whole process feel comfortable and positive. Ken took the time to show me other cars they had available, which made the experience feel informative and exciting rather than sales-driven. It’s now been six months, and I’m still absolutely delighted with my car and the service I received.
