After purchasing my third car off kevin I can't put into words how happy we have been treated over the years both myself and all my family members. Its all to do with trust and honesty and there is an abundance of this in Kevin Giles Motors. Our sales and service experience is top drawer and has been accomplished by Kevin and all his team. A special thank you to Barbra who has always been so courteous and helpful to us and nothing is a problem. So many other garages could learn how it should be done off Kevin and his team. I had a break down the far side of Kilcock. Kevin tended to me on the break down and loaded the car while i sat in out of the rain. He brought the car back to his garage and had me back on the road two hours later after tea and biscuits. Look forward to doing business in the future, Kindest Regards , Evan

Absolutely avoid at all costs. I was forced to bring my car here as I had a breakdown on the motorway. Mechanic conducted no tests on the car whatsoever other than plugging in for codes, proceeded to change spark plugs and coils despite them only being replaced during a service less than 3 months previously. This did not resolve the issue but they still demanded full payment and charged very high rates and labor. They would not offer quote to even identify the issue after this, rather deciding to say it would be a full engine strip at “big money”. This left me no choice but to pay to release my car, hire a trailer and tow the car to a trusted mechanic. Next mechanic identified issue with simple compression test. I also asked for a quote for some known issues following nct fail and quote came in over double what I was quoted elsewhere and they would have been replacing parts that did not need replacing. I’m a relatively car savvy person and this was my experience, I can’t imagine how much advantage they would take of someone with limited car knowledge/experience.
