What was excellent was the fast response time once I left the car in. Got a video of the inspection which was pretty cool so I was pleased everything was looked and and could visually see instead of taking someones word for it. To Improve you could have a key box for when the car has to be dropped off. Working the same hours as the dealers opening hours made it difficult for drop off and pick up. Cant afford to take time off of work for these things.

Recently bought this beautiful Arkana from Dennehy Motors, and I have to say in my over 30 years of owning cars in Ireland and the US, this was by far the best purchasing experience i've had. I dealt with Mike Duggan, a pure gent! I was in NY at the time, and Mike personalised videos of the cars that I was interested in and emailed them to me. He arranged everything for me, bar the insurance. I stepped off the plane in Shannon and took a taxi down to Dennehy's and I was on the road home within 15 mins. I have had my car service there for the number of years now . As l had a really bad experience with another car garage . My experience with Dennehys from start to finish when l get my car service from when l enter the reception the attentiveness of staff and they always check in with me if extras have to be do to the car . Everybody is so nice and the customer service is 100% and l always feel what l pay for l have got done. l can always feel the different in my car after a service which make me happy . 😊
