From start to finish, this was 5/5 service. I dealt with John to purchase a new Renault 5 and I was so impressed with the professionalism but also no hard sell. Took me a number of months to make a decision and never felt pressured or any bother to them. John also gave me pragmatic and sensible advice on the car type I wanted to go for. The handover was the most professional and informative handover of a car I’ve had to date. All was ready for me on the day, John took the time to talk me through every single aspect to ensure I drove away informed.
