Laurynas then helped us search for the right car, patiently walking around with us and grabbing keys for every model we wanted to see. Thanks to him, we quickly found a car my wife and I loved. During the handover, Craig was very helpful. I spotted a small scratch on the door, and he immediately arranged for the engineer to order paint and invited me back for a free retouch.
