I Had a great experience with Joe Mallon Motors i have been going to them for the last 20 years and Brian the salesman help us so much to upgrade from are Renault Trafic to a New Renault Master so happy with it Thanks Joe Mallon Motors 👍👍👍👍👍

After having worse experience in Renault Belgard I decided to come back to Joe Mallon for service. What can I say, most beautiful parts of this garage are 2 ladies. One on reception and one on service department. Service was done within 2-hours. Tea and coffee was offered twice with the smile. Be careful when paying bill at the end. When I was booking service on the phone I was told total price of full-service is 165 and today I was given invoice to pay is 224. Then she went back to the office and corrected price to what was agreed before. And apologised. That's fine, it's understood. At this difficult times nobody would reject extra money.

I would just like to say a huge thank you for the work done on servicing the car for us..from the time I made the call and spoke with Rachel in service everything was done to 5* rating stress free ,highly recommend to family and friends too quality work and staff.
