I was able to find and purchase a car I liked from them within 24 hours, which was fantastic. Following the purchase, I encountered a minor issue with the car. Jer & Co. promptly took the car back, provided me with a replacement vehicle for a couple of days, and had their mechanic fix the problem. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, I wholeheartedly recommend Jer & Co. Their excellent service and quick resolution of the issue were truly impressive. Dealt with Jer who was exceptionally pleasant - and as others have mentioned - no pressure! They gave me a fair deal trade in on my car when I bought an F-Type from them about two months ago. I'd do business with them again. Update! I had an issue with the car that showed up on a Jaguar service and went back to Lambe & O'Connor and they fixed it free of charge AND - wait for this - I didn't ask them but they replaced the spark plugs free of charge which Jaguar were going to charge me over €500 for. Wow - how nice was that? Definitely recommend them!!
