We recently had an issue with our Citroën C-Cross bought from the dealership which had us fairly anxious, but thankfully it turned out to be something very simple in the end. I have to say James Casey in James Barry Motors was excellent to deal with from start to finish. I was probably a bit argumentative at times out of frustration, but James handled everything very professionally and kept things calm and clear the whole way through. He explained things properly and left us with great confidence in the car again by the time we left.
