We recently bought a car from here and had the pleasure of dealing with Ger from start to finish. Once he had spoken to us and what we were looking for he showed us the perfect option for us and any questions or concerns we had, Ger was very informative and helpful. We hadn’t driven an electric car before but after speaking with Ger we were alot more confident on the matter. From the start to us collecting our new car the experience was seamless. I recently changed my Cupra Formentor 2ltr diesel to a new Cupra Formentor hybrid and from the start Ger was a pleasure to deal with and gave me several options to contemplate and never put me under pressure to make a decision, I must say in all my years of dealing with different dealerships James Barry Motors in limerick are Excellent at what they do and the service is always made to be personal, which is one of the key aspects I chose to get my second Cupra Formentor from them. Thanks a million to Ger , Paul and all the team for making my second purchase a walk in the park as they say. Updated review after receiving reply and discussing with the dealership: The staff in there are helpful and kind. There was an instance where we didn’t see eye to eye, which isn’t always possible. There was an instance as well when the service charge, due to an expired plan, wasn’t mentioned apart from it being on a book in sheet that I didn’t read but rather just signed (that’s my mistake not their’s). Other than that, in majority it was all great. I would recommend the dealership and the team as they are lovely people; my not so good experience is perhaps due to car manufacturer choice.
