I bought a 2022 VW ID.4 from Paul at PFG Autos in Ennis and I'm really happy with how it went. Paul was upfront from the start and provided a battery health certificate without being asked, which gave me real confidence in the car. The car went through a VW inspection before handover, and a fault came up with the connectivity control unit. Paul covered the repair himself, with no argument and no attempt to pass the cost on to me. The repair took longer than expected because it depended on VW's parts and software, but he kept me informed and made sure everything was sorted properly before I took the car. Good communication, no pressure, and he stood over the car. I'd happily recommend PFG Autos and would buy from them again.
