5+ Stars. Absolutely amazing. I can't even imagine taking my Audi to any other shop from now on. Wes, the Service Manager, is extremely honest, kind, relatable, courteous, and very upfront and honest. They are fast, the best prices, and the best work. High recommend to anyone with VW or Audi.

Did a great job replacing my oil cooler and resealing everything related. Found a shorted and messed up heater core solenoid valve and was able to replace that as well. Was getting oil in my coolant and they were able to quickly diagnose and repair my 2015 gti.

Been here twice: once for a check engine light, another time for an oil change and inspection. I am moving away and I'm heartbroken I will not be able to use their services again since I felt so comfortable and reassured they would do a thorough job on my car. They're upfront about an estimate, which is thorough and detailed. I love that they'll keep samples of really bad oil for client education (not in my case 😅 but I saw them on the counter!). I think any VW and their associated brand owners should strongly consider this shop!
