You won't find more irresponsible staff than here. Especially James from parts. Ordered the wrong key for my car. Waited 5 weeks instead of 10 working days. Never even said sorry. At the end he is saying that if I have any queries to contact Skoda from Germany not them, even though I paid them for the part and for service.

I bought a used Skoda Fabia 201 reg. I have a lot of trouble with the key batteries. I have replaced them 5 times over 2years and never know when the key will let me down. There is no pattern to how long the battery will last and no alert on the dash. As well as that the petrol flap will not open if the battery in the key is dead. This is very very unsatisfactory.
