There is a reason we've returned to Michael Moore Skoda Athlone over the years (coming across from Drogheda) its the honesty, knowledge and service we get from Keith, the man is a top bloke nothing but respect for him! We've bought a combi superb traded to an enyaq then bought our kodiaq today and love it! With 2 skodas in the drive you might say we're a tad biased and possibly so as we've never had an issue with them. We'll definitely be back in a couple years wanting to deal with Keith again!! ××Absolute disgusting customer service. I went in to Michael Moore Athlone Skoda to buy a car. I saw a car i was interested in, it was about 32K I asked the Brand Manager to price up what I could get for my car towards it. (I did my homework before hand I was quoted between 4.5 to 5K from three other places) He told me he'll reach out and get a price because the car was 2015 they don't sell cars as old as that. and he said he'd let me know in a day or 2. One week went by no word, I called on the phone and he wasn't in, I was told they would call back the next day. No word again the next day. So I drove all the way to Athlone for a 2nd time and spoke to the brand Manager AGAIN, and he had no update. He then fumbled around on his phone and said I'll give you 2k for your car. I told him I got offered around 5k from other places he told me and I quote "You should go with them instead". Michael Moore must be doing absolutely fantastic profit if they would let 32k walk out the door like that. I've never experienced anything like it. Don't waste your time going to Michael Moore Skoda Athlone. Save yourself being ripped off by a greedy Brands Manager. Only gave 1 star because you can't go any lower.
