There is a reason we've returned to Michael Moore Skoda Athlone over the years (coming across from Drogheda) its the honesty, knowledge and service we get from Keith, the man is a top bloke nothing but respect for him! We've bought a combi superb traded to an enyaq then bought our kodiaq today and love it! With 2 skodas in the drive you might say we're a tad biased and possibly so as we've never had an issue with them. We'll definitely be back in a couple years wanting to deal with Keith again!! Disappointing experience and lack of understanding, I was interested in purchasing a vehicle that they originally sold brand new octavia 2021. However, the sales manager refused to provide basic technical records and accident/damage history, citing GDPR. This is highly misleading, as the Irish Data Protection Commission has clarified that technical car history is NOT personal data. While I understand redacting a previous owner's name, withholding the mechanical history of the product they sold is unhelpful and creates a lack of transparency. If you’re looking for a dealer that provides full disclosure on their cars, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

My wife Went I to the skoda garage to look at purchasing a 22 or 23 Skoda Kodiaq. Had none in stock and was told by the salesman Keith that he had more coming in and would be in touch. we were looking at trading or a straight sale no finance. He said he would put our car out to trade for offers and never heard anything. That was the first week in January, and still have heard nothing back from them. They have posted numerous Kodiaqs on car sales websites plus their own site, and we we never contacted by the garage. We had no choice but to take our business to another garage in Dublin where we were treated like humans. Like a previous review stated, unless you were in an expensive suit and tie and wanted something out of the wrapper, they had no interest in dealing with us. It's shocking that local people had to travel to Dublin to buy a car when you would imagine that local garages would want local business and local money. I would avoid this place and the rude sales team at all costs.
