We are a new immigrant family, and in our first week in Ireland, we visited many car dealers in Dublin to explore various car brands. Hyundai Dundrum wasn't the first Hyundai dealer we visited, but it was certainly the one where we felt the best service in Dublin. Brian warmly welcomed us, providing detailed information about Hyundai cars and helping us choose a car that suited our needs. Surprisingly, even without a test car available in the showroom, Brian borrowed the same model from his colleague for me to experience a test drive. We decided to make the purchase on the spot. Brian also managed to secure the maximum discount for us with the help of his boss, Timmy. When Timmy learned about the challenges we faced as new immigrants in purchasing Irish car insurance, he assisted us by connecting with his relative working in an insurance company. Timmy provided us with information from multiple insurance companies for comparison. Throughout the over a month-long wait for the new car to arrive at the port, Brian maintained proactive communication, helping us address various issues during the waiting period. Upon the arrival of the new car, Brian assisted us in completing all the necessary procedures for car registration and provided assistance on the day of vehicle pickup, guiding us through familiarizing ourselves with the various features of the new car. In less than half a month, our new car has already covered nearly a thousand kilometers. We feel fortunate to have chosen Hyundai Dundrum as our Hyundai dealer and are sincerely grateful for the assistance provided by Brian and Timmy. When the time comes to purchase our second new car in the future, we will undoubtedly choose Hyundai Dundrum and Brian again.

I was very happy with my service. Chris at the service desk informed me on arrival that there was no confirmed service booking appointment logged in the computer and then proceeded to fit me in as a “walk in” with no fuss! I was embarrassed with my error and he managed the situation with courtesy and professionalism and for this I am truly grateful. As a consequence of my extremely positive experience I plan to buy a new Hyundai car when I trade up in 2025. Hyundai does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. The service engineers are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly.
