The reception staff who advised me at the dealership were excellent, very welcoming, and proactively checked my vehicle in for a service without any fuss. The waiting area was very comfortable and teas and coffees on hand. The replacement vehicle I booked for the day was very very reasonably priced and allowed me to go about my daily routines while my car was serviced. The service team were very informative, providing advisory information on what will need to be addressed in the future and what was addressed in the service on this occasion. They were very reassuring and very conscious of costs incurred by the customer, working with me to ensure the costs were manageable on this occasion and can be managed in the future year by telling me of future works to prioritise and time schedules. This allows me to budget into the year ahead for service needs. The staff uniforms are very professional in appearance and convey a sense of trusting professionalism I have not encountered previously with other vehicle in dealerships.
