Bought a used Jeep from Burns through Anetha. Initially put an offer in through the website and got a phone call the next day. Visited and bought the car which was good straightforward experience. Unfortunately, after arriving home in Galway, I discovered an issue with the cruise control. Rang Anetha and she offered me a brand new Skoda as a garage car, while my car was being fixed under warranty. Through holdups getting the part, i was a month without my car but that was no issue for the garage who allowed me to keep the courtesy car all of this time. Car was returned down to me today and everything is as it should be. Not many garages would be so accommodating and hassle free in an incidence like this. Would definitely recommend Burns Sligo to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I've been getting my car serviced here for 3 years, always find James front of house and the team so helpful, appreciate the lifts to and from town whilst car is being serviced. I've just traded in and purchased a new car from Anita. This vehicle has modifications to passenger seat. Anita took care of whole process effortlessly and had great patience when there was a delay with paperwork and Revenue approval myside. Anita is a great asset to the company.
