There is a reason we've returned to Michael Moore Skoda Athlone over the years (coming across from Drogheda) its the honesty, knowledge and service we get from Keith, the man is a top bloke nothing but respect for him! We've bought a combi superb traded to an enyaq then bought our kodiaq today and love it! With 2 skodas in the drive you might say we're a tad biased and possibly so as we've never had an issue with them. We'll definitely be back in a couple years wanting to deal with Keith again!! I bought my first Skoda (New Octavia RS) from Shane in Michael Moore Skoda and I am an extremely happy customer! Shane was the salesman I was dealing with during the process and he was very helpful from start to finish. Sound, down to earth person and was very informative around the car and helping to put together a package, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He also kept me up to date around the delivery of the car right up to the collection time. On the day of the collection, he did a great job helping me understand the getting me set up for my new Skoda. (Registration, Motor Tax details etc) He also helped me to understand the basics of my new car and made sure I was driving away happy. He even answered several questions I had about the vehicle after I got home about the car. Couldn't fault the support and am a very happy customer with my new purchase. Poor poor service. Sales man refused to leave desk. Pointed at the exit door and told us where the car was we were looking for. Come on. Asked for a test drive and was told no test drives unless you were going to buying the car. My god this place is a joke. Bald angry salesman. Hope no one buys from ye.
