Skoda Kodiaq ambition --automatic--7 Seater

It was my first visit to that garage. Damien was there to welcome me and was extremely helpful. He took me to check -in desk and again the girl there was most helpful. She offered me tea while I was waiting. It was a minor service so it was done in record time. Alan answered all my questions afterwards. They were able to fix a simple problem that some other mechanics missed and gave mes a courtesy car as well so i was able to get to work. They were finished in a day and kept me apprised of any thing that needed to be done. Had a chat with a sales rep as well in case we wanted to upgrade. Nice chap answered all questions. Even got a free coffee while waiting

I purchased a used car from Al Hayes Motors. The team could not have been nicer and more helpful. Their service and communication was excellent and even when I called back in with a minor issue after the purchase they treated me professionally, respectful and arranged an appointment within 48 hours. Can only recommend. It was refreshing to be treated like a human being in contrast to other services I encountered.
