I bought my first electric car, a second hand ID4 in August from Monaghans Car Dealership in Galway. From the first day we made enquirues in the showroom to actually purchasing the car, the attenrion we received was first class. A simple comment about the decision to purchase a second hand electric car lead us to dealing with Daire. Daire's attention to our requirements was followed up very quickly with a phonecall to tell us about an ID4 that arrived for resale in the garage. It was the first garage that had taken a simple phone number and actually followed up with me .Also i could follow up enquires out of hours with a whatsapp message. Even thoigh it wasn't a skoda, Daire still new the spec we desired and how comfort was to be a very important selling point for me with a long daily commute. He enabled me to view the car that week by getting the valet completed earlier. The condition of the interior on viewing was impeccable and this in turn sold the car for me. I love my ID4 and the fact that I have reduced the effects of my previois diesel car commute to zero emmisions.
