Skoda Octavia 2011 *Awaiting test*

We purchased a 2026 Ioniq5 from Divers Hyundai after having looked at and test driven most of the other cars in its class (e.g. Volvo, Kia, Volkswagen and Toyot).. Unlike some of the other car dealers, everyone we interacted with, from reception to sales, was pleasant and knowledgeable. Once we had made the purchase decision our sales person, Ray, walked us through each step of the process so we'd know what to expect. When shipment of our car was delayed we were provided with a loaner car. Ray walked us through completing the final documents and provided a super orientation of our new car. Totally satisfied and would highly recommend.

Shane handled my appointment in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner. Everything that needed to be done to my car was clearly explained beforehand. There wasn’t time at the end to clean the car but I was invited back on another day to get it done. Overall a good experience with this garage.

Dealt with Ray, really informative, approachable and pleasant manner while remaining professional. Highly recommend Ray, answered my many queries, so patient and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable driving away from their yard, thank you Ray.
