I dealt with a lovely lady called Rebecca. She was outatanding to deal with. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I find this hard to find in sales executives. She couldn't do enough for us, and she made our decision making very simple and straightforward. I also appreciated management who i felt had a very positive relationship with their sales team. From the minute we walked into Donohoe Skoda, with a very friendly greeting our needs were ascertained and we were introduced to Mark, who helped us define down what we wanted. Then got us behind the wheel, very knowledgeable with regards to the spec of the cars, and didn’t give any hard sell just all the time we needed to make our decision.
