I dealt with a lovely lady called Rebecca. She was outatanding to deal with. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I find this hard to find in sales executives. She couldn't do enough for us, and she made our decision making very simple and straightforward. I also appreciated management who i felt had a very positive relationship with their sales team. I have bought two cars off Austin and from the moment I made contact online has been nothing phenomenal!! Anything we asked for has been done with the upmost care and precision. We got the service plan included when we bought the cars and we couldn’t be happier with the smooth service and care that Annie has brought to our worries as well.
