Skoda Superb 2019

Peter from A-1 was our angel today who literally saved our trip and most importantly got us to safety. We were stranded with only coordinates that weren’t even correct, but he found us anyhow! Dealing with our rental car company (unrelated to A-1) for over two hours was super frustrating, stressful, impractical and went in a loop for over 2 hours over an international cellphone signal. Once Peter arrived on the scene though, he reassured us, quickly diagnosed that the wheel was reusable, and if the tire for it was in stock (they had that too!), that it could be fixed!!! Then he took us back to our hotel area worked tirelessly fast to replace our blown out tire for the most fair and reasonable price. If he would have refused to do this, we would have been stranded and a series of unfortunate events would have had a domino effect due to the way we booked our travel. Thanks to him, we made our destination as planned even though he had to work overtime so late to help us above and beyond. God gives a person signs once in a while that you’ve not been forgotten… tonight was one of those nights. I’m forever grateful and hope to pay it forward. I highly recommend them. Thank you so very much. Sincerely, Lisa and Olivia (picture of my daughter waiting on the side of the road while I kept calling Europcar for help before A-1 arrived).

Thank you Peter for saving the day! I got a flat tyre on the motorway in the late evening while driving back from Shannon Airport. Peter arrived quickly and provided a very professional, swift service. He made the whole problem go away in no time! Highly recommend!

Jake from A-1 was a pleasure to deal with! He arrived very quickly to change my tire and handled the issue with the utmost professionalism, skill, and care. He was really nice, helpful, and great to chat with. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone looking to get recovery done!
