Absolutely incredible service - bought my car last December - Orla & Damien made the process so easy! Any questions I had they were at the other end of the phone! I called in on Wednesday to book my car in for a service, thinking of days for next week, when I walked in I met Damien, and told him I was in to book a service; he asked if I had an hour to spare, I said I did and he said that’s fine we’ll service your car for you now! Super effective and efficient! Shane at the service desk was also super helpful - couldn’t recommend them highly enough! They make it so easy to support local when you get a service like that

I had an excellent experience with the Škoda Service Centre in Ennis. My car required a complicated gearbox repair, and the whole team handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. From the very beginning, I was kept informed throughout the process, and I always felt that my car was in the best hands. A special thank you to the wonderful ladies at the reception and service desk for their kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the head mechanic, Shane, for his prompt, highly skilled, and professional work. His expertise and dedication gave me complete confidence that the repair was being done to the highest standard. I also really appreciated being provided with a courtesy car while my vehicle was being repaired. It made a huge difference and showed the team's commitment to customer care. Thank you to everyone at Škoda Ennis for your excellent service. I highly recommend this service centre to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and genuinely customer-focused automotive care.

Bought my VW in Portunma but use Al Hayes Skoda in Ennis for servicing. Its so convenient, hotel and Lidl next door and Ballyalla Lake a short stroll in other direction. Great service department, no need to fear main dealer servicing with the crew here. Excellent value and good price. Highly recommended
