Suzuki Ignis 1.2 MILD HYBRID AUTOMATIC // AS NEW C

I bought a 2017 C3 diesel in Feb 2025 from Koping on the Naas Road. I needed something small, safe, reliable, economical and a bit of fun. The price was competitive but what it really bought me was peace of mind. The car experienced a small issue that Bart and the team went above and beyond my expectations to get sorted. This included running full diagnostics and a loaner car while awaiting repairs. Their after sales service is first class and I was treated like a premium customer regardless of my budget. Would highly recommend them for all round sales and customer service.

I was one of the customers recently affected by the Citreon recall. Each staff member at Koping was nicer than the next. The repair was done speedily and efficiently and even the tow truck that came to pick up the car did a courtesy call the night before to arrange the best time for me. It would certainly make me want to go back to Koping should I be looking for a new car in the future. Turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very smooth, efficient and pleasant experience.

Rang on Monday morning, car collected that afternoon and ready for collection from Koping next day. All representatives were cheerful, courteous and helpful. Excellent service.
