Very satisfied with the service in Gerry Caffrey motors from start to finish. Called in to look at a Suzuki vitara and bought it after exceptional service. This was my first time dealing with Gerry Caffrey Motors. I was looking to trade in my ancient Nissan Micra and thought the Suzuki Swift would be a good option. When chatting to Matthew about my options, I mentioned that I needed a slightly high seating position.. He suggested I try the Ignis. I loved it and bought it and saved myself some money in the process!! I really appreciate that Matthew focused on finding the best match for my needs rather than encouraging me to buy the more expensive Swift. My experience was very positive from start to finish. Matthew and other staff members were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no sales pressure and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. I highly recommend Gerry Caffrey Motors and I will be trusting them to look after my car's servicing etc for many years to come.
