I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Apex Motors on behalf of my mother. When I came across the advert for a Hyundai i10 with low mileage in excellent condition online, I sent a message of enquiry and got a very quick response back. Terry couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to answer all of the questions I had, sent on pictures of the full service history and told me that the car would be NCT’d later in the week. He also assured me that it had received the full AA check. Having never bought a car over the phone before without physically seeing it first, I was admittedly very cautious. I paid a small deposit to secure the car and within minutes got a picture of the receipt sent back which helped to put my mind at ease. When the car was ready, I received more photographs of it and the NCT cert, along with a video. I then paid the remaining balance and we made arrangements for its delivery. As we are over 2.5 hours away from the garage, Terry arranged for the delivery of the car to us and actually drove it to us himself. When he arrived, we were hugely impressed by the car. It was as described, spotless inside and out and we couldn’t have been happier. He explained that as the garage was affiliated with the AA, that my mother would have personal cover with them included for the first year which was an added bonus.
