I recently purchased a Kia sportage in Hinchy’s. The service was top notch from start to finish. We dealt with Eamonn and Jonathan. They are both gentlemen and made the experience so easy, they were a pleasure to deal with. Will 100% be returning the next time around. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Bought a Kia EV6 from here and the customer service was brilliant. Dealt with Eamonn and from minute one he was very professional whilst also being very patient as we went through the whole process. When I went to collect the car he took his time explaining how an automatic/electric car works and at no point did I feel that he was just eager to get my money and send me on my way. I travelled from Cork to get the car but it was worth it. Would highly recommend Hinchy's, I totally get why they are rated so highly. And the car itself was absolutely spotless. Very happy with the whole experience - 5 stars

I recently bought my second car from Hinchys. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan in finance and Eamon in sales. I can honestly say if it wasn't for Eamon I may not have purchased the car as it was beyond my budget but Eamon made it work for me and I'm delighted he did. The biggest compliment I can pay Hinchys is that they take the hassle out of owning a car. If after sales service and feeling valued as a customer are important to you then no one does this better in my opinion. In sales your reputation is everything and it's not hard to see why this dealership gets so much repeat business. If there's a blueprint of how you should look after customers then Hinchys were paying attention. If you're thinking of buying a car, this dealership should be right at the top of your list.
