I purchased a Suzuki Swift a few weeks ago, a straight buy - I was dealing with Fran and had a great experience with him. They were very accommodating and gave us time to inspect the car without trying to oversell to us. They were happy to let us go on a test drive and did a walk through afterwards. He answered all questions. There was a good bit of water in the boot where the spare tyre is - We asked about this and it appears to just be due to the power washing before our visit. Fran said there was no need to be concerned and they dried up the water themselves. There has been no sign of that happening since so all is well!
