We recently purchased a used Kia EV6 from Newgate Motor Group in Navan and honestly couldn't be happier with how the whole experience went. Megan was brilliant from start to finish — warm, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. We came in with a lot of questions (probably more than most buyers!) around battery health, recall history, finance options, and EV specifics, and she handled every single one without ever making us feel like we were being a hassle. That kind of honest, no-pressure approach is hard to find and it really set the tone for everything that followed. The transparency was what stood out most for us. Newgate provided a full battery state of health report, confirmed all recall work had been completed on the car, and gave us real confidence in what we were buying. As first-time EV buyers, that mattered more than anything. The finance package arranged was excellent, and Megan also arranged complimentary interior and exterior detailing as part of the deal — a small touch, but one that showed genuine care for the customer beyond just closing a sale. Could we have found a cheaper price somewhere else? Maybe. But the trust, transparency and peace of mind Newgate gave us throughout was worth every cent. That's not something every dealer offers.
