Just wanting to say that today's service was really good it was great from the get-go and Simon from spare parts really took the time to help.

Phil the legend at Midland Suzuki is highly recommended. He offers competitive prices, is friendly, efficient, and responds promptly. While other branches said we’d have to wait at least 12 months for a Jimny, Phil followed up and secured one from a canceled order at Suzuki Australia. We're glad we met Phil; he saved us hassle and is the best salesman we've ever met—honest and not pushy, getting things done efficiently.Every one in the branch was really friendly too , the vibe is really good, I definitely recommend my friends to come here for their vehicle purchase:)

Update: even after replying to my review over a week ago, I’m yet to hear ANYTHING back from ANYONE. Just a classic oh we’ll look into it without doing anything scenario? Honestly an extremely terrible experience with Midland Suzuki for the second time. We purchased our first brand new car in 2023 and didn't have a great time, but thought we'd give them another shot this year. We ordered a Jimny XL in late december 2024, and were told they usually say a 10 business day turn around, but no one waits that long - sweet. As soon as our paperwork was signed, all employees got really flakey and I constantly had to follow up on the status of the car and add ons we'd ordered. We paid for a GVM upgrade, wheels and tyres. A GVM upgrade doesnt even exist for an XL so to start off was pretty surprised they didn't know that. Week after week we were told they were trying to follow up on wheels and tyres, but it was me constantly following up and begging to talk to SOMEONE. We eventually picked a stock standard jimny up, and were told we could come back in a couple of weeks to get the wheels and tyres... that eventually turned into they couldn't get in the wheels and tyres we wanted, so we'd be better off doing it ourselves. Yikes but whatever. We also got the "darkest legal tint" on our car which absolutely is not the darkest. We had it on our previous car and it was a million times darker, with the jimny I genuinely feel myself getting burnt so unsure how its the sun cancer council one. I feel like we've absolutely been jipped and lied to about the tint, especially seeing as we had the exact same tint two years ago. I have emailed MULTIPLE times looking for a solution, and it has been radio silence. I felt bad because they seem short staffed, but I think its actually just an excuse. A classic car salesman experience of they'll do anything for you to sign the papers, and then ditch you. After two brand new car experiences, we've vowed to never buy a new car again because you never feel like a winner. Highly highly recommend not going through Midland City.
