I recently purchased a car from CarMaxx, and my sales representative, Justin, was very helpful. He provided great insight into my options, and was very friendly throughout the whole process, even taking the time to text instead of calling to give me updates on when my car would be ready, which was very helpful. He was very accommodating, and I’d recommend asking for Justin if you purchase from CarMaxx. The car was in perfect condition when I got it, and I haven’t had a single problem with it since. Such a positive surprise! Fantastic customer care and attention. From walk in to walk out it was a very pleasant experience. The lads are prepared, polite and customer focused. Wide range of quality car stock. Quick process, good atmosphere. Smiles and a pinch of humor, all you need for a stressful activity like 2nd hand car purchase. Tip: the place is behind the main VW and Seat dealership, a bit tricky to find straight from the main road. Take the common entrance and then keep right till the end. They're at the right hand side. Absolutely delighted with our recent purchase from the lads in Carmaxx.. Both Owen and Justin were super friendly and welcoming and it actually felt like they wanted what suited us best.. Not forgetting Mark in the finance Dept..Collected yesterday and honestly it was like it came out of the Showroom..
