The car was presented in excellent condition, and we drove away the same day very, very happy with our purchase. I bought a Fiesta ST from Carroll & Roche. The car was nicely prepped and in their showroom. All the staff are friendly and obviously true car people, which creates a good atmosphere. Some interesting machines in their showroom too to pour over. I dealt with Seán who was a gent throughout. A few bits of work were agreed upon and the deal was done. I collected the car and was delighted to find a bottle of champagne and prosecco on the passenger seat, a nice touch! The agreed upon work was completed and everything was great. A persistent minor engine might and one or 2 other small issues over the following weeks were all dealt with by Seán without issue, which is the important thing as most cars have issues as they age. I couldn't be happier overall with the car and the service received. Carroll & Roche, recommended all day long!
