Bought a model 3 this week and am really with it, lads were great and the whole process was seamless, highly recommend

My experience of Murphy & Gunn has been fantastic. I originally bought the car, a red new 171 I30 in March 2017. The salesperson, Austin, was very friendly, professional and informative. He was very patient with all my questions & queries. I bought on the third visit, and he got me the best available price, as well as the five year warranty & 5 year free service option. I have loved driving the car, and in the 2 years it has exceeded my expectations & done everything that Austin said it would. So far I have had the car in for 2 of its five free annual services, and it has gone really well. Laura from the service department has been very helpful, and always rings back with information, appointments, updates etc. In the first free service I got a free upgrade for things that had occurred since I'd bought the car. In the second service, they noticed damage to the front passenger tyre, which they rang me about & explained that it wasn't covered under the free service package & they gave me the option of having it replaced. I was given a fair price so I went ahead with it, I also got them to update the air freshener, etc which was outside the agreement but reasonably priced so I got them to do it. I am very happy with everything since I had the car back last week. I am delighted to recommend Murphy & Gunn, and to thank Austin for his help/advice in selling the car to me, and Laura in the service department in maintaining the high levels of customer service in excellent communication and a positive friendly attitude.
