Leaving an honest review based on my experience with this company. Anton Cartwright is I think the best person I deal with in regarding with the customer service both pre and post sale. He’s an excellent guy and very professional and he will really will mind you particularly your safety as the car that I bought became faulty after few months . This company is highly recommendable if you want a piece of mind if you are buying a used car. Thank you and hope the best for your company.

I never bother with reviews but felt Jensen Fleet Solutions deserved one. I bought a used VW Transporter with them including warranty and encountered a slight issue with the gearbox and a rough start from cold but running well otherwise. I contacted them to address the issues not knowing what to expect as many companies offer warranties, it isn't until you actually have to exercise one that you run into problems or resistance or worse. I shouldn't have worried. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. They took full responsibility, there was zero hesitation from them, zero resistance, and they committed to a professional comprehensive repair that I have no doubt ran into the thousands of euro given what was covered. They apologised for the inconvenience as they handed me they keys to a new loan vehicle for the duration of the repair which was given free of charge and they maintained constant engagement throughout the process which is becoming rare these days. In short, I couldn't recommend Jensen Fleet Solutions Ltd highly enough. The absolute definition of buying with confidence.

From start to finish my experience with Anton was great. Normally I hate the whole process of trading in/buying new vehicles, but the whole process was smooth. Anton would always reply to any queries promptly and with detail, the car I bought is in great condition and I couldn't be any happier with the purchase. Any questions I had were answered, and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything. While test driving the car I inevitably bought we talked casually and easily, and at no point did I feel like someone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. A great experience overall.
