Later edit: Both Ross and Darren contacted me on the phone and offered to service my car free of charge and I am impressed of how they took responsability and it seems like they did a very good job on my car also. I was not comfortable on coming to them first but they proved themselves very fair-play. Will be coming back in the future if ever needed. Thanks I purchased a beautiful white Audi A5 2015 2 weeks ago from Sandy Motors. I am overall happy with my purchase although I brought it for inspection and apparently needs a lot of service that would bring me to another 1400€. It's good to see the reviews about the great customer service, but personally I experinced a lack of communication from Darren (person that sold the car to me). My left mirror fell while driving on the motorway 2 days after I bought the car. He said to show him on whatsapp and never opened my message. A lot of work that needs to be done on the car. I appreciate that when I came to see the car one of the headlights was defective and they fixed that although I asked for a receipt/report of that but never received it (another sign of not so great customer service). Not the worst experience, but not impressed by the service either.

Always a 10/10 experience here. Ross and Alex are so thorough, honest and quick. Would never bring my car anywhere else and recommend them to anyone! Fantastic business.

Got my car serviced for the first time with these guys. Excellent service, great value for money and very professional. They even fixed a cosmetic issue at no extra cost. Highly recommend.
