Karen was very understanding and organised the manager to have a quick look at the car. He was excellent, found the issue in no time and solved it. I really appreciate their help.

Even my father in law got a cup of tea while he was waiting on us as he was our chauffeur for the day! We couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish.
